Porter is 0-4 with me so far. That's right - I have flown round-trip between Toronto and Montreal 2x since September and every flight has been delayed at least 30 minutes. For a one-hour flight, a delay of 30 minutes is a high percentage.
Yes, the lounge in Toronto is nice. I liked the coffee and free papers, and the proximity to downtown, but that's about it. The check-in machines have not worked either time I passed through Toronto, so I still have to wait in line to check in and for security. And who are these morons who STILL don't know they have to take their laptop out of the bag at security!? Sorry, I know that's not Porter's fault. Rant over.
I will continue to take Porter for my trips to Montreal but I will not expect them to be on time. I also will not expect to make the ferry but rather wait a full 15 minutes for it, and will plan for the kiosk to be broken, still. Ahh, the joy of air travel.
