  • I have shopped at Kate Spade both here and in New York and I was so impressed by the customer service at Kate Spade in Yorkville. The store is really cute and very well laid out and the staff are amazing. I agree with one of the posters below that some of them are a little over the top but they really cater to you, offering you a drink and helping you find things quickly and efficiently. Moreover, a few days after shopping there I received a HAND WRITTEN notice in the mail from the salesgirl. I could not be more impressed. It was simple and sweet but really left an impression on me. I will definitely go back there. In a world where the competition is stiff, simple gestures like this make all the difference. Great job Kate Spade Yorkville!
