  • I'm giving 1 star for the fact there were some good times with this company and they have a nice price point. (And that's the lowest I can give with a review.) Onto the unfortunate... After using them for a couple years my diamond watch suddenly went missing, along with a scarf that isn't as expensive but still irritating me to no end and inappropriate to take things that aren't yours! The stealing was oddly the last straw with this company. There is absolutely no consistency! They send different people every week, so no one knows where anything goes, and I'm left searching for things when they leave. (After a half assed cleaning mind you.) When I called the owner regarding my stolen watch he was extremely unaccommodating. Shocking after being loyal customers for years. Please spend the little extra money and hire a reputable company that you can trust won't walk out the door with anything in their pockets
