Dr. Jackson gave me an incorrect Rx, then I got a $40 bill, not a huge deal, but trying to pay it was difficult and I finally called the office to complain. Dr. Jackson's assistant yelled at me because I didn't go back and say, "you screwed up". Maria, practice Administrator, started out helpful then started dodging my calls which is what Dr. Jackson did. I spoke to an Elizabeth, who assured me she'd call back the next day, 4 days later no call. And I can see I'm not the only single start rating, so it's not just me, they're just a poorly run business with horrible customer service and zero accountability.
