  • With it being tax season I'm recalling the awful experience I had last year. I cannot believe H&R block allows this office to be apart of its franchise. Out of the three different offices I've visited through the years this one doesn't even come close to comparing. It's dated and dirty. The technology is very out of date and they can't handle anything remotely difficult. Also, don't come if you're allergic to dogs. They have one hanging around. I had and out of state W2 and it blew their mind. I was so nervous because they were nervous and I was paying it to make sure it was all alright! They also messed up my fiancĂ©e and they told him too bad because of some protection they didn't even offer and that he shouldn't have had to have in the first place. Beware, go to a newer H&R Block or look at reviews.. Don't assume they are all legit. This one is a disgrace to their name and the Aspinwall community.
