rev:text	I stopped in to visit Drones Plus after visiting what felt like every other shop in town. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, I was just looking for something different. As soon as I stepped into their store I knew I had found it. Very professional, clean and well laid out store with a little flying cage. I immediately felt the difference. Customer service in any industry is the corner stone to success and Drones Plus has nailed it! As I browsed I saw Novice and Professional Pilot alike. The staff is quick to recognize and treats everyone with the same respect and was able to hold beginner and advanced conversations with ease. Some people may find it bothersome but I was asked by EVERY EMPLOYEE who came within a few feet of me "Have you been helped?" or "Is there anything we can help you with today?" I'm talking about guys who were unloading dolly after dolly full of boxes stopping, acknowledging I was there and asking if I needed help. That's unparalleled customer service. Their Manager prides himself on customer service and makes it his number one priority. With online shopping and price matching from your smartphone at an all time high, and people complaining non-stop about how these large corporations don't care about us little guys. Remember this one simple fact. When a business or an individual goes out of their way to treat you right, and earn your business the right way, you support them! I for one look forward to Drones Plus continued success and hope to see them become an example in the industry!
