I agree that the surgeons are probably great (although I have not experienced that) and the office staff was nice- I believe I just threw out $110 for a visit. I called the office and spoke to them 3 times describing in detail what the issue was with my dog. He needed a mass removed from his gums- basically dental surgery. They made an appt with a doctor (also very nice and knowledgeable and honest) who told us they did not have the equipment needed to do the work, and that we should make an appt with the dental surgery team at a different location. I was really upset- paying that much money to be find out that they did not listen (or hear) what I said the issue was! So now we have another appointment with the correct surgery center (I hope)... Not sure what to say- except that even though I told them the issue, and they understood, they still were paid for the appt. If they were customer oriented, they should have not charged me for a visit since they should have never made the appointment for this type of problem.
