  • Dr loo is one of the few MDs left that will sit and talk with you face to face instead of at a computer. I like his office staff and never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see him. Usually if you call for an appointment you will typically.have to wait a maximum of a week. My only beef is if you need to cancel an appointment they do not have an answering service and have to call around their schedule not yours. I have been charged the fee for not canceling prior to appointment time but not without several attempts to call them on my part.
