The desk representative was extremely rude and belligerent. I call to request a shuttle at the airport and she abruptly hung up on me when I asked her where was the pick up location. I told her we were outside, I just needed to know where. We waited for a 30 minutes in the cold while other hotel shuttles arrived and left.
I called back asking where it is taking so long. The hotel was stated as being 5 minutes away. She went into a long rant about the driver dropping someone off next door and that she told me to wait outside of which we had been there for 30 minutes. She was argumentative and had extremely terrible customer service. When I told her I am not here for the long rant, and I need the shuttle, she hung up the phone, again abruptly.
Once we arrived to check into the hotel, the same representative asked for my credit card. I told her the room was paid in full. She instead on getting my credit card. I asked her why. She said for a hold on incidentals. I asked her how long was the hold. Each time I asked she refused to answer the question. She only responded I need your credit card. When one of my guess asked her what was the hold, she then explained in a civilized manner.
I will never come back to this hotel. It's not worth your money and the customer service is rubbish.
