I have used this shop for nearly 10 years. I started using them since I was familiar with the company in California. They have had decent service over the years, but have noticed the service culture has declined dramatically. I have spent nearly $10k with the company and will no longer go back.
Service was the most unorganized and horrific experience. I came in for a basic oil change which took the crew member, Isaiah over 10 minutes to print out. I was told that they would get right to the car. I decided to walk across the street to get a coffee. Over an hour went by and I called to get an update. I was told the car was up on the rack.
I walked back 40 minutes later to pick my car, however I was told after waiting 2.5 hours that my car still hadn't been pulled in the rack. I also noticed 3 new cars that were not there at the point I dropped off my car, in their shop??
Absolutely no apologies given, I was told it was going to be another 1.5 hours? 4 hours to get an oil change? Why would you not communicate that at the point I dropped off the car? Why not communicate when you noticed me sitting in your waiting room? Why not communicate that when I called and you proceeded to lie to me instead by saying the car was on the rack?
As several other guests were complaining about service, I asked for my keys and drove off. No offer of apology, empathy or alternative. Just a non hospitable smirk.
I am not confident they care about service or their customers any longer. Time to look for a new shop, it's a good thing that 4 new shops have opened up closer to my house anyways.
Best of luck to anyone that wants to try this shop, but I would highly recommend you go elsewhere
