  • Basima!!!! the second I walked in she gave me the dirtiest glare... and I don't look poor I have nice clothes on I'm very well put together hair curled up nice polyester blouse boots skinny pants like that wasn't an issue the fact that she straight up stared at me like I was nothing made me never want to come back here ever again like I'm sick to my stomach... Basima should be fired absolutely worst encounter I've ever had at a retail store let alone a jeweler and this is where we get our wedding ring 6 years ago I have never felt more disrespected in my life wtf!!!
