  • This is the worst internal control business I have ever dealt with. I was put in a contract even that I paid the full year in cash. They told me to sign my payment electronically, when in reality I was signing a contract for many years. When I emailed the owner Charles Haycox, he said sorry that I had some bad employees but am sending you to collection. He admitted his employees committed fraud and still he sent me to collection. Am glad there's now a legal case pending against this gym. Also, am not saying this just because of the billing issue, but some of the instructors go train extremely high and always show up late to the 545 am classes at Anthem. Just be careful and watch out with their prices, they always start you at $89 a month but they also charge a $39 fee for some bs and also the fees at other UFC gyms are way less than $89.. The Anthem gym is now privately owned so be very careful when signing up to this location. Owner puts his own fees and racist policies.
