This cool little grocery store is so much more exciting then the big chains. I'll just give a few highlights as I could likely talk for hours. There is an entire incense section. If your boring North American carrots aren't cutting it you can get desi carrots here. Cilantro is usually cheap. There is a whole roti section for all your naan, chapati, or paratha needs. If that isn't enough there's another whole selection of Indian breads in the freezer isle. Unique items like frozen paneer pakoras and frozen pizza samosas stuff the freezers. Every pre-packaged Indian food you can imagine is on offer, usually for a couple bucks, nice for a quick lunch. Paneer is like 30 cents cheaper than the chains. Finally, my absolute favorite part, there is a self-serve sweets section. Laddoo, jalebi, multiple varieties of burfi. These are the things dreams are made of. Better selection than many places around and good prices ($5.99/lb for mixed sweets). I'm there like twice a week. I'm an addict.
