Underwhelming given the hype this restaurant has received. Service was slow. Beet cured mackeral was completely flavorless. Chucuturie plate was a joke and plated as such. Beef jerkey looked more like a small piece of sausage. Clams were served with burned (not charred) toast. Entrees weren't bad but you could clearly see technical flaws likely from a lack of knowledgeable cooks (or a lack of attention to detail).
