The last time I visited Las Vegas was in 1963. All the neon signs have since been replaced with LEDs. It was a real trip back in time to visit this museum dedicated to the history of Vegas in old neon signs. Well worth a visit although a bit on the pricey side as museum's go. The volunteers were all very knowledgeable and gave an information packed tour of the 2 acre or so site in the blazing Las Vegas sun. I guess they may have a problem with souvenir crazed tourists trying to grab a piece of the rusting exposed metal signs but be ready for treatment like a group of kindergartners being corralled and shuffled along through the outside displays and being constantly cautioned about staying together and not wandering outside the sight of the tour guide. I'm surprised they don't have airport metal detectors for added security checking you in and out.
