rev:text	Disappointed!!! Was so determined to have an awesome birthday party for my son who recently broke his jaw. I wanted to customize everything, so I took my items to Alphagraphics to get good quality prints. I was originally being helped by Myles. I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. He seemed a bit confused but lucky a gal came along and helped him help me. I needed water bottle labels PRINTED (I had the file made on Etsy, so you would think it would be a print and go. Boy was I wrong. At the end I did get what I needed. Or so I thought.... (it also came with a price $$) I have been to this location 4 times now for a simple water bottle label for reasons that honestly I think they should have been able to figure out on their own! I came in to proof the labels with the water bottle they requested I bring. Guess what? They don't fit! You would think someone in there drinks water and they would go off that but the gal said they looked it up on the internet! Seriously? I asked that they fix them and she said for $25 the "design team" could fix them. WHAT?!?! I didn't think this was my mistake to begin with so why do I have to fork over more $ to have them the way I originally requested??? I said forget it and that $50 for water bottle labels is ridiculous so just print them. (Running out of time for party) I get a call a few days later asking how many I would like printed. Are you kidding me? I had 1 file with 4 designs so you would think they would just divide 20 by 4. Unbelievable. Today I finally pick up the finished product only to find that after all this unorganized mess, I only got 1 designed printed. My 1st and LAST time doing business here.
