  • My wife and I and my sister and brother in law were browsing the stores at the Design Center and decided we wanted (I was starving) lunch. We had passed by this place on the way in and after confirming that my wife, who is vegan and gluten free, could find something to eat, we sat down. Our waitress (who I think may have been an owner) was from Paris. She knew the menu and, IMO, knew french food. While I'm no expert, my brother in law has spent quite a bit of time in France. He was impressed with her knowledge of classic French food. My wife and her sister ordered the basil tomato soup. To be honest, I was expeecting it to be boring but it was absolutely delicious. Warm and just thick enough. Just the right amount of heat. I ordered a cup of the French onion soup and the Croque Monsiuer. The soup was salty and oniony (bad word but...) and I polished it off. The Croque Monsiuer was simply perfect. Cheese, bread with a super crunchy crust, perfect filling. My brother in law said it was authentic French. This is a hidden gem that you have to find. Look for it and you won't regret the find.
