  • As far as air travel goes, our experience was fine with American. The flights basically left on time, just a few minutes late. The service was nice and no complaints. The flight itself was smoothest ever. Even this connection in Phoenix was seamless, getting off 1 plane, coming into the terminal at 1 gate and walking right across the floor to the gate across the room, not hardly 50 steps. Our return flight was just as pleasant. TSA was also quick and painless but we did have very early flights and it wasn't too crowded. Will definitely travel American again.
