  • Never again will I be taking my dogs here for grooming. I love Petsmart but their groomers need a lot more training and they should have a manager review their work and be supervised while they groom dogs. My bichon has been getting groomed for the past 13 1/2 years at a salon on the west side with no issues ever. After we moved on the side of town and only after going to Petsmart did she get a ear infection because the groomer pushed the hair in her ears instead of pulling the hair out. I took her in to get checked at Midwestern University and they said they haven't seen a knowledgeable groomer do that before.
