| - I usually have a great experience here and that's why I always come back. But today, was the WORSE I've ever experienced at ANY car wash. Before hand I was told they were short staffed so expect a long wait time. I honestly didn't mind waiting as long as my car got cleaned thoroughly. I normally wait an hour or two anyways so I really didn't mind cause they always take their time and do a good job. I already drove all the way there and took time out of my day to get my car washed so I wasn't going to just leave. As I watched them through the window, I see ONE guy hand washing only ONE side of my car. Every car after that, there were TWO guys washing BOTH sides of every vehicle. I thought okay, they'll clean whatever spots after.
Soon after the guy comes in asking whos Hyundai, I replied its mine so he gave me my wristband that got sucked up in the vacuum. Then said he's almost done. Almost done? You just got done telling me you just finished vacuuming. So literally 5 mins later he comes back says hes done so I go outside start inspecting my car asking him to wipe all kinds of spots outside. As soon as I hit my driver door Im looking at how dirty my door is and how he didnt even wipe down the spot where I spilled my coke before I came. The drip of coke is still on the inside of my door. Smh. As I try to tell him while he's sitting in my passenger seat he tells me, "If your planning to tip me put it on your chair right now they're stealing our tips." So let me get this straight, you want me to tip you before you even finish cleaning my car. You missed the OBVIOUS coke spill on my door, didn't wipe down my door and dashboard good, didn't clean the middle part of my car where the cupholder is, didn't clean my windshield good I can see the dried up water spots. But you're asking for a tip?
At this point, Im already annoyed and ready to go home. Then after taking his tip off my seat he tells me, "okay just sit in your car I just remembered I got to clean your tires with armour all." Sooooo if I didnt tip you, you WEREN'T planning to do my tires? Wooooow this is the service I paid for huh? Smh To get my car cleaned half assed, depending on if I tip I'll get the rest cleaned. Now, I'm home cleaning the rest they neglected to do. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with today's service. I work hard for my money that I choose to spend at your establishment. All I was asking for is to have my hard earned money go towards a thorough wash. You guys really need to get it together. Its not only unprofessional for your workers asking for a tip but to say that you're stealing their tips from them..
