  • Like many reviewers we didn't start out too good with them, they didn't return phone call for quote, and then the day of the install our appointment was at 8:30 at 8:20 someone called and said their truck was running behind they would be there between 10-12 then 2-3 etc. They never did show up. They had a deposit, so my husband said we want our money back, just cancel the job. The salesman or owner said they would be out first thing tomorrow morning, and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The next morning lo and behold they were on time, and the installer who did the job was fantastic. The cabinets and overhead storage shelves are perfect, they look terrific and we could not be happier. So in the end we had a good experience and would probably use them again.
