I was lucky enough to be treated to Chef Kas' meals for a whole week by a gracious friend while my family was very sick.
The food was amazing and we were so spoiled by the end of the week that it was hard to go back to the old PBJ lunches and frozen dinners.
I particularly enjoyed the kale salad - much to my surprise! I usually hate kale. - and the turkey chili.
We also had some chicken satay, some thai dishes, some grilled stuffed portabello mushrooms, and a few other dishes. They were all excellent.
