I have never seen a more poorly executed company. From the beginning it was problem after problem and it just snowballed from then on. The equipment delivered was wrong, then when we called to fix it, they had the order wrong (DVR box) and gave us a new quote as well. We escalated the issue and two months out it's still unresolved. The one good thing to come out of the months of problems is they gave me an out with no penalty for all my trouble. But, now that I finally gave up on them hey didn't send the box and when we called back two weeks later, again, they used that as the date of disconnection and tried to charge me. Well tonight I got a call from them from another state asking me why I left and would I think of them again.
See what I mean totally out of touch with their customers. Oh and while I'm complying they have the crappiest on demand ever. Check out Comcast cable in CA they're so much better
