  • DOES NOT HONOR PRICES. Dropped off a Full size quilt to be dry cleaned with two pillow shams. Was given a quote of $25 and some change for the dry cleaning charge. However, upon receiving the email that the items were ready to be picked-up, it showed an amount due of $40.75. I immediately sent an email to the manager, Steve Hofaeass, inquiring about the difference in the price I was quoted at drop-off versus what was on the completion notification. I never received a response from anyone at Complete Cleaners. I went into the store to inquire and was told that the person that took the items misquoted the prices AND that she NEVER should have quoted me a price. There was nothing they would do to adjust the price and I had to pay the full amount of $40.75 to obtain my items, which at this point were being held hostage. Note that there was no extra work or stains that needed to be done to clean these items. I would never return to this cleaner or any Complete Cleaners. I guess other people have figured out this as there do not appear to be any items awaiting to be picked-up. Lesson learned, stay with your old dry cleaner or go to a different one, even if it means you have to drive a couple extra miles.
