  • A bad experience all around. The staff is perky but not engaged or useful. The towels are old, worn and rough. The place is filthy. Smelly. Gross. The showers don't have shower curtains for privacy. The equipment is often broken. They are obviously cutting corners everywhere they can but definitely not passing the savings into you (check the fine print).
