  • Just had recall work done on my daughters 2003 Toyota Corolla. Nothing else authorized. Instead of calling me they called my 17 year old asking if they could do additional work. Since she is a minor this is not legal. When I called inquiring about the work and why they did not call me I was transferred to numerous people with no luck.I finally got Nathan who did not like my questions telling me he was with a customer and hung up on me. What? I'm not a customer? I got a call from service manager who was equally as arrogant and he told me all parts would be removed and there would be no charge because what Nathan did was not correct. I am happy for that but my daughter still ended up waiting an additional 2 hours for her car when it was done and sitting in the parking lot, nobody having told her it was done. Smaller is better when it comes to service.
