Looking forward to actually meeting the doctor because her office is a disaster. Went in for regular checkup, terrific PA recommended a couple of followup tests (nothing urgent they said) that I needed to reschedule due to work. I spoke to April a couple of times, explaining that i was travelling a good deal for work and would call as soon as I landed with a few days to spare. I returned home to an upset husband and 2 letters telling me 1. I could have a life-threatening illness and 2. that if they didn't hear from me they would drop me. I called the next day and after speaking to the receptionist and then being put on hold for 15 minutes I asked them to call me back. A week later, still no call. I called back and my urgent life-threatening illness (which now is apparently neither urgent nor life-threatening) can be checked out in mid-December. The office staff is extremely rude - uncaring, talking over the caller, fighting with the caller, asking the caller what they need rather than looking at the file notes. They can do one test but I have to schedule someplace else for another test, adding even more inconvenience to the schedule and then a third followup appointment. Dr. Rojas comes highly recommended but this is a nightmare.
