  • I enjoyed living here at these apartments. My family and I lived here for 1 year. We got a good move in deal and loved the location. Minus a star because the apartment gets ridiculously hot in the summer, especially the master bedroom. This was a problem because I have two small kids so we had to set up fans and with the AC on it caused extremely high electricity bills. I've heard it's an issue with all units. Minus a start because Kristen, the assistant property manager is rude which I'm sure you've read on previous reviews. Anytime we needed a repair I would email management & it would get set up right away, sometimes it did take 2 days which I think is normal given the amount of units & whether it was urgent or not. I noticed a lot of bees outside the apartment and my little one got stung, & they were able to send pest control out right away because of my worry, turns out there was a beehive! Definitely would have liked to stay but with the rent increase we decided to move. Down stairs neighbors did come up a few times to tell us to quiet down which was annoying because kids aren't always quiet, but it never was a huge problem where I felt I needed to contact management.
