  • Just got back from a last-minute decision to chop off all my hair! It was quite a bit past my shoulders and I decided it was time for a pixie cut! I called Focal Point because I'm new to AZ and saw great reviews on Yelp. The lady on the phone said that I could be there in 10 minutes, they could get me in that day. I drove out there and met Chad, my stylist. He did a great job doing what I asked (I had a picture) and made sure that it would fit my face/hair type. He was really nice and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He showed me how to style it and made recommendations for product to use. It wasn't pushy like some salons, just ideas he had that would help me make my hair look great. I recommend the salon and Chad!
