We recently purchased a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee from a local Ford dealership. When the car wouldn't start the other day, I called the Ford dealership for help, and they told me, "good luck with your problem, but it's not covered under warranty and you'd be better off just going to the Jeep dealership for help." Wow. Ok. So, here I am at Chapman Chrysler/Jeep.
Jesse@Chapman was a great help in resolving all of the issues my vehicle had and he reminded me of recommended scheduled maintenance procedures that are coming soon. Jesse also helped with any questions I threw his was. Four Stars!
