  • We were so incredibly satisfied with Sterling Services. Our AC went out and it was 96 degrees inside the house. We called around 8:30; they sent Travis out to our house at 8:45 PM -- on Labor Day! -- and didn't even charge us extra for the after hours holiday visit. Travis was so friendly and honest, took the time to explain everything about ACs and what our problem was, and gave us a ton of options within different budgets to resolve the issue. We will be repeat customers in the future and will recommend Sterling Services and Travis to anyone in need of AC help. A++
