  • I was uneasy about apartments since I've owned a home the past 6 years, but decided to do a rental while I try out Vegas. Glad I chose Henderson area. (Big difference) I tell the office almost once a week that they need iced coffee!! They have a starbucks machine but no cold options. Other than that the people treat me great, my apartment is great. I opted for a killer pool view that has city lights. The maintenance guy.... Jim is super sweet & helpful with my dozens of questions.. helped me set up my internet and everything. I chose this place because they were the most helpful with me moving from Oregon and doing everything online. Normally don't do five stars but I don't know what would make it better. Iced coffee please :)
