General Sales Manager, Ken Welsh during a phone conversation after posting my one star rating of the dealership on YELP earlier this month. Mr. Welsh told me that there is really nothing he can do about the defective and poorly performing 2013 SRX which I bought from Arrowhead Cadillac in May, adding that my wife and I should just "enjoy the car." Quite condescending, wouldn't you say? Would you want to buy an automobile plagued with problems from a dealership, only to be told that that "It is a manufacturer problem, not a dealership problem?
