Honestly I gotta say I love this store. They take designer labels and they give you a decent amount of pay if you trade your stuff. What I didn't like of going to the store today was one associates' attitude. I believe her name was Erica. There was a Louis Vuitton bag and I took a look at and and told me it was vintage. I took a look at it and by looking at the outside and the date code on the inside I was able to tell it was a 90's speedy. She started to give me attitude and told me it was a 70's bag. I tried to explained how the date codes worked for LV and began to argue and talk over me. Until I had about enough I told her to not get mad and explained that the bags from the 70s had no date codes, 80s has only three digits and 90's had four digits (which was what the bag had.) Overall if a customer who has collected and sold Louis Vuitton items over ten years and is showing you on his phone a guide to My Poupette (one of LV's biggest authentication dealers) on how to date codes were created, be nice and polite. At the end of the day, the associate makes minimum wage while I make an hour of her earnings in 8 minutes, lose the attitude and be glad you are lucky to have a job
