  • I wish there was a "no" star rating....this store consistently falls far short in the customer service area with very few staff members but tonight took the cake! Customers are supposed to be able to grab a ticket, continue shopping and then be called overhead for fabric cutting. Before I was called, I had finished my shopping and then returned to the cutting counter and it was time for my number to be called. The system wasn't used....the employee took another customer in front of me and then lied about why saying they had been waiting longer and that she had already started to cut when I spoke. Everyone in line knew she was lying. Then, her coworker returned and the two of them chatted slowing down the line even more. AND!! they chatted about how much they were sick of work, how long they had worked that day, and how they like to leave work for each other. A ridiculous waste of my time and overall horrible customer service. Oh, and by the way, the floral section was near empty. What the heck?!?!?!
