  • Absolute shady crooks. I went in for the 13.99 lube, oil, and filter advertied roadside. Sounds like a good deal, right? Wrong. I sat in the dingy little waiting room with two other guys waiting for their cars to be done as well. One at a time, we were pulled out to the garage and told we "needed" extensive extra repairs, which they would be glad to take care of(of course). I was told i needed 3000.00 of miscellaneous repairs done right away. I get my regular maitenance done at the dealership, but figured Id save a few bucks on the oil change. So all these things they were trying to upsell me on were crap. Oh, and after having to tell them 4 times to"just change the oil" that 13.99 oil change came to 43.00 and change after disposal fees and other assorted fees and charges. They should be wearing masks! Shameless crooks! Never, ever, EVER again will i go to another Purrfect Auto Service of any kind.
