  • i may have to give this one another try but the two times i have been were only so so. the first time i had tea and a scone. the tea was good and loose leaf floating in the jar. the scone was terrible, dry and tasteless. the chef did bring out a sample of his pork which was very good and quite nice of him. the second time i took my mother and the tea was good. we went with a tart and once again it was not good. i am sure i could have said something to the owner but i was just too tired and didnt feel the effort was necessary. based on the other reviews here i may have to give it another consideration. i know that the owners are very nice people but nice doesnt get everything in the restaurant world. you also have to deliver.
