  • Not worthy of any stars! The groomers could not handle my 7 lb Yorkie pup. They said all they were able to manage was a bath. Ummmm.. Why the sleepers in his eyes when I picked him up?? We've had our puppy for 5 months, and this was the first time I actually heard him cry- all the way home. He was traumatized. Shaking uncontrollably. I wish they would have called me immediately instead of traumatizing my dog for even a second.
