  • The only reason I did not give one star is I actually really like the bed... 1 1/2 MONTHS AFTER I ORDERED IT!!! Everything else, from the cheesy salesgirl to the horrendous customer service made this an awful experience. They missed my delivery several times and will absolutely in no way accommodate you if you have any delivery restrictions in your building. They said I would be getting $150 gift card for their poor customer service... which I still have not received. Where is my card Ashley???
