  • I'm rating New Serenity two stars because although they have a nice atmosphere, their services are pretty overpriced. I was a little disappointed when they quoted me the wrong price for a facial/massage package and wouldn't honor it (even though the girl over the phone included in the notes that I would get the 'deal' price).... Could be because I was using gift cards, I'm not sure. The service itself was pretty good, but like I said, overpriced and I've experienced far better at lower prices. Also I was told their toner was alcohol-free, when in fact it has denatured alcohol in it (which is harsh on skin). I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend this place, unfortunately.
