  • I always have such a meh experience here. Every time I walk in here it seems to go a little further downhill. I remember walking in here and being attacked by the employees to see if I needed help. Now, it's more like their job to go out of their way to ignore you. The only help I received was by one of the employees telling what was on sale that day. No questions pertaining to what I needed help with, was I looking for something, or would I want to buy something. Just there are cases for cases over there if you want to look at them. I suppose if I need to deal with the Apple store again, I'll stick to the one in Shadyside.
