  • Went in at 7:30am on 11/24/17 to pay for an additional day for family that was staying there. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before the desk agent would even acknowledge me. Apparently the random conversation he was having with other guests was more important. I was then rudely greeted so it appeared to me that I was bothering this rude individual and the last thing he wanted to do was help me. Luckily we were able to move my family to another place with a more friendlier staff. First impressions go along way and I'm definitely not impressed with this location.
