  • Our Travel Ball team stayed at this hotel during a spring training tournament. We paid $230 a night. Upon checking in I found an upside down live cockroach in our tub. (It was 10:00 pm) My son scraped up his leg falling through the bottom of his pull out bed when he sat down on it! The hotel of course stated there were no other rooms. Upon waking up the next morning, we found another cockroach on the bathroom floor. After speaking with the manager that day, they miraculously found another room for us, and they did credit me for that night. Our other team members experienced flooding from the toilet which was leaking under the wall and soaking the carpet (it had obviously been happening before we got there), and another team family got to their room and found a half eaten loaf of bread on the floor and quite a few hairs on the sheets of the pull out. The rest of the hotel is definitely outdated. I will most likely never stay at a holiday inn again!!!!
