Literally the worst customer service I have received in Las Vegas. I am assuming that their positive reviews are fake since a lot of them are left by people with only one review. As a new patient I arrived at 4:31p for my 4:30p appointment. After driving across town in rush hour, they advised me that since I was "late" they would need to reschedule me as I wouldn't have time to fill out new patient paperwork. When I told them I already had to leave work early for that appointment, the office manager condescendingly asked "well don't you get a lunch break tomorrow?" I am very busy, run three departments, and my time is very valuable to me. If I was given any forewarning that I would be turned away for being "late", or that I needed additional time to fill out paperwork, then I absolute would have arrived earlier. I see they have a strong presence on Groupon, which is the only way they will stay in business since they choose to be wildly disrespectful of people's time, and will never build a repeat customer following with such a poor customer service mentality.
