I'm from out of state and make it a point to come here at least once every time we're in the area. Food here is normally pretty good. I've been here a handful of times. Can't complain about that part. There's 2 things I wish I would've known before for this particular visit. 1, their specialty coffee drinks really aren't that good so save your money on that. 2, their new menu (or maybe it's their breakfast menu layout) is misleading in my opinion. I went to particularly order gluten free food and ordered a breakfast burger. To my dismay, when the burger arrived it didn't have a gluten free bun, to which I ordered. It arrived on 2 pieces of gluten free bread. I asked the manager that happened who just happened to walk by and he informed me that they no longer have gluten free buns just the gluten bread. Well, then remove it from the menu please. That's misleading and causes frustration for me who didn't know that upon ordering. The other issue I have within their menu is on the breakfast burger I ordered it says "pick a side" so I tried to pick a side from their side menu. The waitress (not her fault) informs me that the waffle I wanted was $5 extra. BUT it's in the sides menu and it's a side. Shouldn't it be an option without an extra cost? The menu doesn't say or restrict otherwise (from what I recall) it literally just says pick a side. So naturally, I look for a sides menu. And think I have free choice because it doesn't say otherwise. I'm sure I'll be back again. But I'll be more cautious to ask those things.
