  • Three stars. Once upon a time it was 5 stars. I had an excellent stylist there who left (story of my life). I had an excellent design, with style and it complemented my face. I got lots of complements. That stylist left, and my troubles began. Had to book three weeks out to find someone. Then when I did, I got a "hair cut." No design, no real style. I referred to it as, "beauty school short hair cut number 2." I described what I wanted, had photos of my hair from all angles with the other stylist....said what I definitely didn't want, and ended up with a technically solid cut, but no style what so ever. I let it grow out, and tried again with another stylist, showed all the photos from before, every angle. Even worse the second time...now I am so far from the awesome style I had...I'm not sure I'll ever see it again. Plus, you have to book three weeks out. If you want a good, solid hair cut, probably a good place, if you want a design that takes your facial features in to account....well, I'll be nice and just say, the stylists most frequently available have not delivered that.
