I had a great experience at Orangetheory. For those not familiar with Orangetheory, it is an hour class that combines cardio and strength. You work within heartrate zones. They offer a free class, so I gave it a shot one Saturday morning.
The workout was top-notch. My trainer, Trevor, was motivating and excited to be training my class. I really liked the variety. I could go at my own pace, but also feel part of a group.
If the price was right, I would have signed up. Unfortunately, it's a little out of my budget right now.
