  • This is a new theater located in the condo tower. A welcome relief IMO as its good to see some new development in the performing arts as opposed to the commercial offerings that usually occupy the condo towers nowadays. They do have a bar and restaurant adjacent to the theater lobby. I attended a special event so just got try some offerings. The restaurant looks inviting and the bar had a decent selection of drinks as well. I will not comment on the performance I saw here and would just comment on the space itself. The play I saw had a very spartan stage with minimal background sets. The lighting was very good as it was integral to this particular play IMO. The space is cozy and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The seats aren't very comfortable and left me with fatigue after a nonstop 90 min plus performance. The acoustics were quite good as well. The staff I interacted with was friendly and the place has a nice clean vibe. The location would serve this area well. I will revisit depending on what's playing here of course.
