  • The staff was super friendly and so was the dentist on our first appointment. But all that changed once they told me my daughter had to be sedated to have her work done. I was uncomfortable about it and asked if I could stay in the room they told me no. They even had the anesthesiologist call me to let me know everything would be ok. I asked a million questions to try and help me feel more comfortable about it and even told them that I want everything they will be doing in writing this way there was no unexpected procedures done. I was under the impression that my daughters appointment was still in schedule until I received a letter today stating that they will no longer provide dental services for my daughter because I am NOT confident in them and don't trust them. I was only being a mother who is concerned about sedation and the affects it would have on a 4 year old. Even if they were to try to make it right I would not go back to them or even recommend them to anyone. They are not very professional when it comes to to many questions being asked from a child's parent!!!
