rev:text	I want to give this business 5 stars, because they are very thorough and do a great job with their exams. Unfortunately it turns out they don't have your best interest at heart, which is somewhat of a letdown. Let me explain. I am ordering glasses online, using a prescription from here. The prescription does NOT include the PD (pupillary distance), so I called to get it. They have it on record. The lady on the phone explained that they don't give it out, and I need to go to the office and pay $25 for it, because "people are using it to order online" and they won't be responsible. This is obviously complete nonsense, since the entire prescription has all of the data needed, and this LAST piece of information doesn't make them any more liable than the other measurements. Basically they want to make $25 of YOUR savings by ordering online. They would rather let you measure your own PD in the mirror and risk that you get bad glasses, than let you have this information for free. You already paid to have it measured, remember? So they prefer to make $25 over your well being. I find that utterly despicable, but if you can live with that, then I would give them 5 stars. As it is, I am very concerned about this business moral stance regarding your health versus their cash flow.
